Spring has sprung with renewed life that we all welcome so much every year. Mountain wisdom Inc. is also blossoming this season with much excitement and exuberance. With the help of Venae Sears with VeNi Consulting the MWI Team created the 2011 Sustainability Action Plan. This Action Plan includes our new Mission Statement and 14 key strategies that we are now implementing. We believe following this road map with the help and support of our staff and many volunteers our organization will progress towards sustainability and success. Donna Sears has come on board to help handle most of our back office administrative duties. She has set up a centralized database making information retrieval, more effective and help communications with all of you. John Sears is our new IT man and has helped to create the new improved website and Facebook. We are grateful to have this family join us with their expertise, professionalism and passion to help us better serve our young people and our communities. We are happy to have several other men and women that have stepped up to serve with us. We have the infrastructure in place and the most excellent, fun, effective programs to share. I am asking you to tell others about our organization. Send them to our website (http://www.mountainwisdominc.org) and become a friend on Facebook. Every one of youknows at least one boy or girl (12-17yrs.) that will benefit tremendously from their Rites Of Passage Camp experience. The rewards will be great when you attend their graduation ceremony celebration welcoming them back into the community as responsible young men and women. I am grateful for all your generosity and please know that it is critical to all of our futures that we have your continued support at this time.
